Developing Service Blueprint Skills in Service Management Course (Muenster, Germany)
Students today formed 5-person teams and developed a service blueprint for "Revive," a hydration clinic in Chicago. After reading a story about it and viewing a video, students went to work. There was much good discussion about how to depict the firm's service delivery process. Now that they have learned how to use this tool, they will have a team assignment next week that builds upon this knowledge.
