Final Class Field Trip (to Assess Service Delivery) at Cafe Malik, Muenster, Germany

The Service Management class concluded today with the final lecture.  (For several students, my lecture was their LAST lecture as part of their Masters program.)  Students were then invited to an optional field trip to assess the service provided by a local student Cafe Malik. Seven students decided to participate, even if there was no "extra credit" for doing so...they seemed to have appreciated that their professor was picking up the tab!
